So I officially have one more doctor’s appointment until our due date! I can’t believe it! Some days it feels so long, and then somehow short at the same time! Haha!

While I’ve been trying to get things ready for the hospital, I decided to focus on the diaper bag and what I’ll pack for the baby and get it all done! I’ve done this 3 times before, but I still get excited packing and preparing for our new little one!

I’m also trying to simplify and make things as non-stressful as possible, so I found that ordering things off of Amazon seemed to help since it’s fast shipping and I can easily make returns if something doesn’t work! (I also don’t have to take my kids with me to the store!) Oh, and to add the cherry on top, Amazon is having 20% off baby gear right now!

Here’s a little peek at what I’ve packed so far!

So first I found this diaper bag here:

It’s a fawn design look-alike. I decided that I’m ok with this one rather than the real deal since I’ve bought designer diaper bags in the past and we seem to destroy them even though they’re great quality! So I decided to save instead of splurge on this one, but I love the look and it is genuine leather (it’s actually really soft!)

Here I found a nursing cover made by Petunia Pickle Bottom and this one was a really good deal!

On PPB’s website they have this on clearance for $24 but you had to pay shipping. But the same one is on Amazon for $17 with free Prime shipping!

I am also packing my favorite as-of-lately hand sanitizer, and it smells so good!  And it’s natural-based! So win win! Oh and really inexpensive at $1.34!

Here’s a little set of pacifiers for little ones ages 0 to 6 months.  Hopefully she likes these ones!

The other thing that I purchased from Amazon which we are bringing to the hospital is her car seat! I went with the ‘baby trend’ brand because it is compatible with my double stroller, and it is a trusted and safe brand.  I was debating whether to go high-end with this purchase as well but it had good safety reports and high ratings. It was under $100 and with Amazon having a 20% off baby gear promo it was a good deal! Here’s the link:

On a side-note, I didn’t know that the car seat came with the base and so I ordered one separately. But Amazon is really easy to do returns with so I just printed off a return label and dropped it off at my local UPS store,  and voilà I will get a refund pretty soon.  They make returns super easy!

We happened to find this cute little baby doll car seat for our youngest daughter, Ava, who just turned 4.  We thought it would be fun to have her own little car seat for her baby doll as she transitions to big sister! I couldn’t find this exact one on Amazon since I got this at the store but here is a similar item on Amazon:
